Hi guys

Here is the long promised itinerary for our trip. For those of u who are still contemplating joining us on part of our trip I have included the details of what we will be doing as far as we know it. The rest we are figuring out along the way

3^rd Feb- 17^th Feb 2012: India (probably 2 nights Mumbai just to get the feel of it and then 1 week in Mirik about 32 km from Darjeeling. Darjeeling is in the West Bengal province in the north of India and located close to the border of Nepal)  Mirik is a little town with a big lake which has beautiful views of the Himalayas. We plan to sip tea, take walks, take a train which travels along the Himalayas). Wim gets to choose the second week, so we all know he will decide the night before what he wants to do...

17^th Feb – 3^rd March: Thailand We have no idea but something along the lines of lying on a beach, snorkelling, Wim will kite surf and scuba dive.

4^th Mar – 12^th Mar: Laos again nothing planned, but they have pretty impressive waterfalls and nature

13^th Mar – 28^th Mar: Cambodia Initially visiting the temples of Angkhor and then 17^th to 24^th working with the elephant project in the jungle of Cambodia (walking washing and feeding domesticated elephants who used to be farm labourers but now can no longer survive in the jungle)

28^th Mar – 30^th Mar: Los Angeles 2 days rest in LA between flights

30^th Mar – 1^st April: travel to Cuba

2^nd  Apr– 18^th Apr: Cuba (2^nd to 13^th  we will be doing a combined Spanish and salsa course in Havana)

19^th April – 29^th April: Peru we will stay with a family in Cuscoe for 5 days and then climb the inca trail 24^th to 27^th April

30^th Apr – 13^th May: Chile spending time with wim’s biological family

14^th May – 25^th May: Brazil Hiking along Iguaso falls then a few days beach in Rio de Janeiro (wim will probably kite surf) before heading home.
